Service Plans
QuarryHouse has for a number of years offered support for information systems by email, telephone or a visit by one of our engineers. For some time now we have been working on improving the range of services we can offer our customers.
Our customers’ comments have focused our attention on a number of areas but principally on reducing the time from initial contact with QuarryHouse to the point at which an issue has been dealt with. You have been looking for a more flexible range of service options and a number of new services.
One key concern has been to offer the ability to better budget for the annual cost of informatin services. We are now able to offer you a range of services and service plans to meet these needs. We have now introduced service plans which have been designed to cover system failure, replacement and repair, telephone and email support, remote diagnosis and correction of a range of problems including providing temporary loans of equipment to get you back up and running with the minimum of fuss.
We now have two plans available for access to our technical support service:
Core Service Plan
Enhanced Service Plan
Our plans offer a modular approach to information management . This means that as your needs change we have a plan that will satisfy them.
Pre-emptive Consumable Service
How often do you run out of ink or toner just when you need it most. Well now that need never happen again. With our sophisticated systems we are able to keep a record of the cartridges and toner or paper you use and ensure you have a replacement delivered just before you need it. So never again will you find yourself in the position where you have work to do but no ink!
This service means we hold what you need and therefore keep your costs down. We remember when you need replacements and we make sure they are with you when you need them.
Printing and Photographic Service
The cost of high quality printers is not something every business need bear. Why no let us do your printing. We can copy your digital photographs onto CD or print them on high quality glossy paper to your requrirements.
Features
Each service plan covers replacement of any failed component, access to our technical support staff who will answer your questions. Additional features are included in the Intermediate and Premium Plans.
